Houston native Jeremy Farmer is the co-founder of College Financial Advisors, LLC. From its inception in 2002, Jeremy and his company have helped literally hundreds of families plan and pay for their children's college educations. Civic-minded, entrepreneurial, and a polished public speaker, Jeremy is routinely asked to speak at community events, and presents dozens of free workshops on the topic of college planning each year. A frequent media contributor, Jeremy is also the host of his own radio show "The College Planning Power Hour."

Jeremy is one of the nations leading experts on getting into and paying for college-as well as helping students choose their careers and command top money in their fields.

He is also famous for helping families that haven't been able to save enough for college.

Jeremy is also the author of several books on college planning.
He says “I've worked with everyone from single moms to CEO’s, nurses and teachers, mechanics to doctors, and also preachers.

He continues, “You’d be shocked how many families just got busy with day to day living and haven’t saved enough for college. And, beyond that, a lot of the time they’re getting very minimal help from their guidance counselors, if any at all. So we work to really help those kids figure out what they want to do for the rest of their lives, as well as helping the parents figure out how to get the most amount of aid.”
 
A self-described car-buff, Jeremy enjoys running, and boating in his downtime. He is also a loyal fan of the Houston Astros, Texans and Rockets.  Jeremy resides in Cypress, Texas.
